15% of the energy consumed by MRF is self-produced by solar panels.

55% of our supply chain comes from suppliers within 200 km of MRF.
CO2 reduction
In 2023, we generate 135T CO2 equivalent, with a target to reduce our emissions by 2% over the next two years.
Stable employment
94% of our staff have permanent contracts.
Recycling
From 42.06% (2023) to 43.7% (2024). We have increased the percentage of recycled material in our packaging.
Expertise
Our staff has an average length of service at MRF of 14 years.
Waste management
76.13% of our waste is sent for recovery treatment, promoting the circular economy and sustainability.
Conciliation
We facilitate teleworking and flexible working hours, for a better work-life balance.

We have implemented the 2nd Equality Plan, reinforcing equity and inclusion in our work context.
