“Talent, culture and digital transformation. Managing change, the silent challenge for the Director of people”
Under this slogan was held in Madrid the 3rd National Congress of HR of @apd, to which Ernesto Rodríguez (Manager -MRF) and Susana Baños (Respons. RRHH -MRF) attended as participants and which goal was to stand out where the latest news point to in the management of people.
In the event, which gathered more than 1,400 managers from all over the country, relevant speakers included, for instance: Enrique Sánchez (President of Adecco); Federico Durán (Partner of Garrigues); Luisa Izquierdo (Microsoft HR Director) and Alejandro Pociá (Chairman and CEO of Steelcase). The Director of HR of Altadis (Luis Blas) also intervened; the Global Head of Talent and Culture of BBVA, Ricardo Forcano; Google's HR Director, Javier Martín and the HR Director of Telefonica Spain, Javier Delgado Martínez.
Throughout the day, some vital importance premises were mention, such as: "People are the main focus of the companies' value". "Even over business, talent already stands as the true engine and guide of organizations." "A silent paradigm shift that fully affects labor relations and work organization models". "New needs, new profiles, new tools, ...".
An interesting day of training that, adapting it to our organizational values, will certainly be implemented someway, with ideas acquired there.
