MECANIZADOS RODRIGUEZ FERNANDEZ S.L. is the Data Processor of the personal data of the Data Subject and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the stipulations of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), for which reason you are provided with the following processing information:  

Purposes and legitimacy of the processing:
for the performance of a contract or pre-contract (GDPR, art. 6.1.b): to maintain a commercial and/or professional relationship with the data subject.  

Data storage criteria:
data will be kept for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal requirements dictating their safekeeping and when no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation of the data or their total destruction.  

Communication of data:
data will not be communicated to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.  

Rights of the data subject:  

- Right of access, rectification, portability and suppression of their data and to limit or oppose its processing.  

- The right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.
